Refund and Return Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at www.ohanrahan.co operated by Connor O’Hanrahan.
The service we offer is Print on Demand, meaning we cannot offer refunds unless there is a fault with the item.
Print on Demand Process:
We operate a Print on Demand service and work with Printful to complete your purchase.
If your item is faulty, we need to send proof of the fault to Printful to process the refund/replacement. This can take up to 30 days.
Faulty or Incorrect items:
We are sorry if you have received your item and it is faulty or incorrect. We will aim to rectify this as quickly as possible for you. Please contact connor@ohanrahan.co with:
Proof of purchase i.e. your order number
Proof of fault i.e. photos of the fault
These need to be sent to the above email address within 7 days of receiving your product. If you do not send proof of fault or purchase within the time frame, a refund cannot be given.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure on which sizes of clothes would fit best, check out the sizing charts before purchasing.
